In a strongly worded statement shared on X (formerly Twitter), Apostle Johnson Suleman publicly called out Nigerian billionaire Aliko Dangote following a tragic accident in Auchi.
According to Suleman, a Dangote truck allegedly killed three people just minutes before his post. The fiery cleric accused Dangote of mismanaging his business empire in ways that endanger lives, claiming that reckless drivers and poorly trained hands are often entrusted with heavy-duty trucks that wreak havoc on Nigerian roads.
“Your recklessness in managing your business has caused harm to families and made many parents childless… You give trucks to little boys who are high on drugs and untrained. This won’t go unchallenged,” Suleman wrote.

This is not the first time Dangote trucks have been linked to fatal accidents, sparking public outrage over road safety, corporate accountability, and justice for victims’ families. Apostle Suleman’s call-out is likely to reignite debates around the responsibilities of big corporations toward communities where they operate, and whether enough is being done to regulate commercial drivers in Nigeria.
For now, the questions remain: Who takes responsibility when lives are lost, and how long will these tragedies continue before systemic change is enforced?
